Our compliance policy is based on code of conducts of key buyers. The factory is full compliance with ILO and Bangladesh Labor Law. Implemented policies are as follows:

  • Transport facilities for officers & workers. Not applicable who those are staying in the same area.
  • Hours of work.
  • Voluntary over time.
  • Intervals for rest.
  • Weekly holidays.
  • Annual leave.
  • Festival holidays & leaves with bonus.
  • Maternity protection.
  • Worker's welfare committee.
  • Pure drinking water.
  • DinningRoom.
  • Sufficient sanitary facilities.
  • First aid box among all the floors.
  • Prayer Space , Separately for Gents and Ladies.
  • Canteen service.
  • Day care centre.
  • Health care activities for the worker & employ company doctor & full time Nurse.
  • Smoke Detectors & Fire extinguishers in each & every floor & conduct fire drill test at least 12 times a year. We are giving a top priority on prevention of fire and eventual evacuation. Result is satisfactory. We have well trained & certified 45 Nos. workers team as our Fire Protection Team.
